Application:The series ZTH medium consistency mixer is a new type mixing equipment to mix uniformlythe stock at consistencies of 8-14% with bleaching liquor or gases (O2, steam).It also can be used for mixing the stock at consistencies of 3-5% with othermaterials. It is suitable for mixing of stock, liquid, gas of all stock bleachingprocesses in pulping and papermaking industry.Design feature:The series ZTH medium consistency mixer consists of mixer body, rotor, fixing screw,double-ended mechanical seal, main shaft assembly, drive unit etc. The stock at medium consistencies of 8-14% together with gas bleaching agent, liquidbleaching agent are fed to medium consistency mixer at pressure. They pass throughspace between high-speed rotor and stationary mixer body.
