In order to fit the request of different market, wedesigned a particular structure of aluminum fin/copper tube structure for choice. Our structure has the following advantages:
<1> The aluminum fin is made by one fin but not two. Thus avoid the stress on the copper from mechanical compress.
<2> The structure is good to avoid any possible electrolytic corrosion between aluminium/copper ( if ultrasonic welding between two material, the this problem will happen)
<3> This structure is stronger between aluminum/ copper connection
<4> Better at heat absorption, since:

Thicker aluminum fin
There is wrinkle on aluminum fin
There is more contact surface between the aluminum/copper.
