- The WPC solid board production line developed by POLYTECH.This line consists of mixers, feeders, extruders, distributor, extrusion T die, shaping mould, calibrating table, cooling bracket, protect film lamination device, haul-off unit, auto-cutter and stacker.
- The WPC solid board extrusion machine has the advantage of high output, stable extrusion and high foamed ratio. The co-extrusion technology increases the surface hardness, decreases the cost and increase the comparativeness.
- The WPC solid board making machine can also extrude the foamed PVC board with skinning or celuka foamed board, construction formwork etc with some small change of the line.
