Stitched Mat-Stitch Mat

 Fiberglass stitch mat is made of glass fiber by randomly 

spreading continuous filament roving into stationary 

length and stitched by polyester fiber threads. It is 

binderless, providing fast, thorough wet-out. Used in 

close mold applications such as RTM, VARTM, SCRIMP. 

Can be pultruded when layered with other materials. 

Stitched construction allows for pattern or die cutting 

and can be pre-wet and moved for proper placement in wet lay-up open molding.

Mainly suitable for various pultrusion profile,

 tubing, bar, panel, auto-parts, bath tubs, vehicles panel etc.

The chopped strand length is 5cm or 10cm. 10cm chopped length can achieve higher strength.

The area weight ranges from 200g/m2 to 900g/m2,  width from 200mm-3200mm.
