Because connection of jib tip hinge pins, then can lift hoisting jib to connect pulling rod, easy to cause accidents. However, flat top tower cranes won't have such condition. Hoisting jibs of flat top tower cranes are 4m, 5m or 10m per section, take 50m jib as an example, its unit quality is 1/5 of whole jib, can be installed and dismantle in the air, that reduce requirements of lifting equipment when install and dismantle, can save freight of installing and dismantling, safer and quicker.

Suitable for tower cranes group cross operation on the same construction site. Because no tower head, cross height can be reduced to 3m when two tower cranes cross operation, topkit tower cranes needs 10m at least.
