Touch International's newest innovation Digital Ink is from the projected capacitive family of technology. Digital Ink senses the position of a person's finger on the surface to provide screen navigation, cursor movement, and a platform for interactive input such as the interaction found in signature capture devices used in the retail environment. Digital Ink can be used in a wide variety of applications that require a thin, robust, accurate, and easy-to-use input and navigation device. Digital Ink is the world's thinnest most durable capacitive sensing touch technology for those applications that require a chip-set design and/or the ability to use a tethered pen.
