The components, parts, and sub-assemblies manufactured by us follow the international standard or according to customer specification meeting international / OEM standards. We have established Quality Management System to ensure total reliability of the end product & team of professional dedicated engineers with having more than 35 years experience and skill to manufacture components, parts and sub-assemblies by,

1. Casting: Shell Moulding, Investment Casting, Machine Moulding & Sand Casting of alloy and super alloy steel, pearlitic malleable, Mn steel, Hi Cr Mo, Ni hard, Nodular, Gray C.I., aluminium and copper alloys.

2. Forging : close die forging, drop forging and job suitable to pneumatic hammers of low alloy carbon steel, stainless steel (SS 316, SS 304, SS 410, SS 420, SS 440 ), super alloys such as nimonic 80A & Nickle alloys.

3. precision machining and metallurgical treatment : highly precision machining of components on non conventional machine by designing fixture, tooling & special purpose equipments and metallurgical treatment such as heat treatment, annealing, plating, tuftriding, nitriding.
