A Sonic MQ based asynchronous data exchange system (VIKI) has been built from the ground up by EBSA. The main goal was to replace the current batch data transfer method with an event and messaging based data exchange system. ESB concept enables easy integration of VIKI with X-road (integration platform between Estonian public sector departments) and other ERP systems and web services. VIKI data transportation management is a solid ground for offering public services more effectively.
