Four Structure
1. Both side of slide working and positioning controlled by axis Y1 and Y2, R shaft also used for the Z axis or X2 axis
2. Synchronous technology: Oil cylinder controlled by hydraulic servo system, along with international standard's linear scale, form the closed-loop control and make bending accuracy and reposition at high level
3. The drive system: Backgauge adopted the ball screw, linear guide rail, so can position precisely, the X axis control backgauge horizontal movement. R shaft also used for X2 backgaude fo up-and down movement.

Technology description of DA56
DA56 numerical control system has all the function of control bending machine. The Y axis Angle programming, most control 4 axis, have clear LCD display of the front panel design, provides a user friendly and easy to operate interface
DA56 gives users the 500 program, each program has storage space for 25 work step program. All the phase and parameters of the program are lined in one page. Each program has additional description for mold, material character and the program counter.
