Weld-all-over Ball Valve

The Weld-all-over Ball Valve special welding machine is a special equipment of valve welding tailored to the valve enterprise.

Characteristic of the equipment:
1. The moving part of the cross beam is sealed with according mechanic hood, and all the moving cable part is protected by drag link, which makes the equipment beautiful and prolonged the life of the device. 2. All the extension board is directed by straight slide rail to meet the requirement of narrow gap welding. 3. The welding torch is installed by embedded flange, able to be regulated from 45 degrees below to 45 degrees easily on the axis of the valve body in order to meet the angle demanded angeing of welding. 4. The turning roll uses anti-floating and anti-sliding to meet the quality demanding of welding. 5. Considering the specificity of this welding assembly (the requirement for temperature for the plastic sealing ring in the product), it can meet the requirement to weld under the condition of less heat input and less breach by micro wire submerged arc welding.
