Application:ZDN series belt thickener is suited to the washing and dewatering of high consistencystock in paper making and pulping process, especially for the dewatering ofwaste paper stock. It is a press machine that can dewater suspensions from consist-encies4-6% to 20-30%.Design features:ZDN series belt thickener consists of a head box, wire cylinder, press rolls, adjustingdevice, frame, drive device and pneumatic control panel etc. At wire speed 11-15 m/min, fiber suspension of consistency 4-6% from head box isjetting onto wire and pre-dewatered in between 2 tensioned wires and press rollbefore wire cylinder, then further dewatered by press to a consistency 20-30%.
