ApplicationThe ZSC series high consistency cleaner continuously eliminates heavy particle above3mm diameter from waste paper pulp at-consisten-cies of up to 2.5-5.5%. It normallyinstalled after hydrapulper as coarsely cleaning equipment to protect theoperation of process equipment in down stream. Design featuresIt is based on the principle of the cyclone separation. As effect of feeding pressureand accelerated by a special designed rotor at inlet, the high consistencystock is spinning rapidly in the cleaner and generates centrifugal force. The heavierimpurities are flung by centrifugal force against the wall of the cleanerwhence they sink into the junk pot. The purified stock flows through the centralsection before discharging from the outlet branch. A sealing water system abovethe junk pot prevents good fibers from settling in the junk pot.
