ApplicationThe ZSC series low consistency cleaner is suited to cleaning of fiber suspension.It can efficiently eliminate light contaminants, hot melt material, heavy particle,pulp reject etc. In addition it can high efficiently remove foam, cork fragments,ink particle and air. It also gains a good result when it is used to cleanstock in approach system prior to paper machine. Design featuresIt consists of tangent inlet, accept outlet, cylindrical up part with a plugging-indeaeration tube, middle separate cone and nozzle or reject discharge controlpart etc. It is a hydrocyclone cleaner. Under the pressure stock enters the cleaner tangentiallyand generates high-speed vortex in the cleaner, by which, the heavier impuritiesare flung against the wall of the cleaner and discharged at nozzle or byreject controller.
