Application:ZTS series broke pulper can slush paper machine broke either in continuous mode orin batch mode.Design featuresZDS series MC pulper consists of a concrete chest, horizontal impeller, drive mechanismetc. The broke enter from top feeding opening. When the impeller rotating, the mixtureof paper stock and water is drawn into the center axis and flung out with highspeed by impeller, and so produce intensified turbulent flow and circulation. Dueto different flow speed and tear in pulp happened at impeller vane resulting inan intensive internal friction and kneading effect, the paper stock is disintegratedand fiberized. Accept stock is passing through the screen perforations andpumped to the next process.
