3.1 Skip strandingmachine 1 6×1120
For the skip strandingmachine, each set consists of 7 pieces of 1120 bobbins, is drivenby single motor. The transmission shaft and
Rotatingbody are connected by synchronous belt. With stable lay pitch, itguarantees the lay lengths of stranded wires in differentdimensions are in accordance with GB/T5224-2003. Big size bearingssupport the threading barrel to get enough space and make threadingvery easy. Each revolving part are connected with one another by aGRP cambered plate, which enables it reach the speed request ofhigher stranding machine. 7 single wires pass through each ownposition without interference with each other. The bracket ofcylinder escapement is movable, makes it easier for transfer andbalance adjustment. Damping system is loaded on the bracket toadjust the mutative tension of each single wire during production.Integrative bottom frame can make sure the bunching machine workssteadily.

3.2 Composing die andDeformer
Different composingdies are loaded inside the die box for different size of wires.Manually adjusted by guide screw.
Each deformer wheel is manually micro-adjusted, hydraulic cylinderopening to prevent broken lot strands.
3.3 Tensionsystem
Tensioningsystem consists of two sets of tension equipments. Two tensionwheels rotate same way and make the wire tensioned between thewheels. The wheels are welded by 42CrMo forged rings, machinedtooled and then quenching processed, with surface hardness ofHRC≥58. Cone gears are used in speed reducer.

3.4 Constant tensionsystem
Two fixed wheel carriers and 1 movable wheel carrier, which canmove up and down, are loaded on one bracket. An air cylinderis with the movable wheel carrier to balance the tension betweenthe tensioning system and wire receiving & releasedevice.

3.8 Auto-controlsystem
1) System briefintroduction
Whole line equipment usefull digital control, use computer programming auto-control wholeline operation. Operator only need operate the control button andfine adjustment button to realize whole line running as per setupparameter, there has multiple protection and fault display oncontrol program to insure whole line equipment smoothly running.Automation control use SIEMENS S7-300PLC and touch screen TP270. ACspeed controller use vector control frequency converter. PLC usePROFIBUS-DP and network to connect with control system, control allthe operations of equipment, and realize reliableoperation.
2) Control function ofmain control panel
Stranding machine controlsystem control product lay pitch together with first tensioncontrol system with matching speed, to insure constant lay pitchduring machine start, stop and moderating process. Second tensioncontrol is mainly to control tension, this can be as perspecification of product to set different tension and keep itconstant. Two pay off and take up machines can choose paying offworking model and take up working model, when it is take-up wiremodel, machine is under auto-paying off. And it will automaticcontrol the tension of paying off. All the process parameter(likespeed, tension and lay pitch etc.) is set by touch screen and willdisplay status of whole system like actual linear speed, actualtension and running status etc. Tension setting can continuous set,speed setting can continuous set production linearspeed.
3) Function of layerwinding operation cabinet
Main setting of layerwinding operation box are linkage, single action control, linkageforward, linkage reverse, single action forward, single actionreverse and traverse machine inching etc. Layer winding machinecontrol system can auto control the array pitch of traverse machineby pay off sensor. Tension for paying off can beadjusted.
