Description:

This is an upgraded type 2 CNG cylinder. The traditional glass fiber is replaced with carbon fiber, because carbon fiber is much lighter than glass fiber, so that the finished type 2 CNG cylinder can be 15% lighter than the traditional glass fiber model.

Applications:

We developed this new carbon fiber hoop-wrapped cylinder especially for US market. It has been pretty popular since the first order two years ago.

The OD 16” series is quite suitable for pickups. A lot of Ford pickups were converted into CNG with our 16” by 100L and 151L CNG cylinders.
