OD100FOTI0.2MM Johnson Screen Pipe Oil Wedge Wire Well Screen 100mm Diameter Geothermal Oil Well Pipe is a kind of wedge wire screen used in Geothermal Oil Filtering industry. The opening slot size is 0.4mm. And the slot size can be produced as clients requests.
1. Material: SS304
We use normally 304 and 316L S.S Material which were all imported from world famous supplier. Complete specifications for material to adapt to customer demand.
2. Construction
Our wedge wire screen were welded by profile wire and support wire. We can make the screens in different shape according to the different usage. Like tube and plate etc.

We use wedge-shaped profile wire in order to make the slot v-shaped.It can stop the impurities very well.The wedge wire was welded on the support wire well-proportioned and have perfect roundness. Ensure the screen have bigger filter area and non obstructive, avoid the high concentration of impurities.After work for a period of time, the filter can be back flush.It can use for many times.
