Woodward's advantages:

Woodward has a prior launch day, it is very famous in global market now and has good distribution channel. Sunyear’s disadvantages: Not so famous as Woodward at the moment.

Sunyear's advantages:

1, Special protector: Sunyear has special mechanical protector. As we all know, the pull in current is very big, if the instantaneous current is over than 10 seconds, the solenoid is easily damaged. Woodward use an electronic protector, if it is over 10 seconds, it may cut off. But it can’t solve the problem, the solenoid can’t pull in to the end. Sunyear use mechanical protector, when the solenoid can’t pull to the end, it has 4-5mm supplementary stroke, it would automatic adjust the solenoid, it would help the solenoid pull in the end.

2, Technology and material: We use epoxy resin, vacuum dipping paint technology, s/s shell.

3, How we solve the problems that the solenoid is easily damaged:

First, the using environment is different, the resistance is not the same. When the temperature is too low, the resistance is small, the instantaneous current is very big. The engine start for many times, the solenoid is easy to damage.

How we solve: We use high temperature wire ( it can bear 180 centigrade high temperature).

Second, the using environment is high temperature. We use high temperature wire to solve this problem.

Third, the solenoid can’t pull in to the end. If the install dimension is not right, we can’t see by our eyes. We use mechanical protector, the spring inside can effective solve this problem.

Through pull in/reset of fuel solenoid to control the fuel supply of pump, in this way to achieve the starting up/shutdown of diesel engine.

(2), high temperature material(It can normal operating at -40°c(If the temperature is too low, the internal resistance becomes small, the current will be bigger. When the temperature rise, the solenoid may be easily damaged, using high temperature material can avoid this situation.)
