Application:
1.Remove thepunch-out piece from the backing film
2.Select the nail foil that is closest to the size of your nailand

trim it to fit exactly 
3.Peel the nail foil off the backing film.
4.Crasp the nail foil between your thumb and  index finger,andlay its

rounded edge against the cuticle.
5.Use the scissor to cut off excess foil.
6.once the foil is in place, rub all areas of the nail foil firmlywith

the "push N press "cuticle pusher.Whilesmoothing nail foils noto your

nails, you can stretch them to avoid creating anuneven surface.
7.File off any remaining excess material in a gentle downwardmotion

using the rough side of thefile.

Removal:
1.Wash handsin warm.soapy water.
2.Gently peel off.
