Feartures:
1.Fuel pellets are made from wood, sawdust, straw and other biomassfuel material.
2. Moisturecontent and particle size are two important factors for woodpellets making. The sawdust should be dried to a low moisturecontent, around 15% -20% is acceptable.
3. With anelectric engine you can precisely adjust the speed of the pelletmachine die or roller by the transmission reductiongears
which isconnected to the motor.
4. Itadopts screw-center adjusting pressure structure, the pressedrollers'' gap can be adjusted small or big, so it can meet thedifferent materials demand and make sure the pelletingeffect.

The flatdie has the unique advantages to produce larger pressure than ringdie pellet mill . in this way rollers and bearings are bothenlarged , which can produce larger pressure. for ring die pelletmill, its ring die is restricted by its diameter, rollers can notbe enlarged enough, bearing room is smaller , so the assemblybearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure. especially forcrude fiber biomass waste, their adhesiveness is very low , needshigh pressure to press the biomass, so flat die pellet mill is morefit .

Applied tocrude fiber granulation such as sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk,cotton seed hull, weeds and all kinds of crop straw, home wastage,the worn out plastic and the factory reject, the material of lowadhesion rate, difficult to form.It also can be applied tobiological fetilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer andso on low temperature pelleting.
