Rail tie plate are used not only to support the rails, but also to fix the entire rial fastening systems. It
always work together with anchor bolts or spikes by sustaining the load of a rail track and also transferring
part of the load to the tie sleepers, wtih a flat smooth resting surface to guarantee the vertical alignment
and hold the rail in correct gauge for a rial line system.

All in all, rail tie plates are used to given a smooth and uniform bearing surface for the rail and the tie in
order to prevent the rail from cutting into the tie, maintain gauge, and also helps to better distrubute the wheel
load to ties.

JHINT is capable of producing rail tie plates by either casting(welded or fabricaated type) or forging or rolling,
applicable of different rails sections, for wooden, steel or concret sleepers, denpending on the load and rail
standard.
