Bauxite Rotary kiln Structurer

Itformed by kiln body, sealing device,driving device, supportingdevice and covers.

Therotary body is circled by steel plate,firebricks are inlaid insidethe body, there is 3.5% slant angle between the rotary body andhorizontal line, three tyre belts are supported onthree Supporting devices separately, and a big gear ring isinstalled in the middle of body. The body is drived bymotor----speed reducer-----little gear ----big gear.

Raw material are feeded to end of kiln, with the rotary and slop ofrotary cylinder, , material moving forward and be calcined in thehigh temperture cylinder,then finished material is discharged fromthe lower head of kiln. Meanwhile, the heat is produced from thefront heat of kiln, waste air is discharged from end of kiln afterheat exchange with material
