With max unit weight 12and max outer diameter 300mm we are able to manufacture kinds of
ringlike&cylindrical forgings including non-standard flanges, wind power flanges, gear rims,
wind power main shafts, etc. Which are extensively applied in Industries of petroleum, machinery,
engineering, harbor machinery, gear, reducer machinery, hydraulic machinery and wind
generating set etc.
(1). Among the free forgings carbon steel forgings are generally the better choice for the sake of its high tolerance strength, hardness, yield strength, elongation, crush resistance, torsion resistance
and shearing resistance.
(2). We can forge forgings according to weight ranges from 100kg-12T
(3). They are mainly applied in machinery, chemical and petroleum industries, mould, shipping,
transportation, agriculture, pipeline, metallurgy, GI, etc.
(4). We have professional UT center and every year we have less than 2 complaint cases from
customers and products qualification rate over 99%.
(5). We were certificated to ISO9001: 2008 and passed 9 countries' authentication of
"Classification Society".
(6). We usualy use material of steel type of GB, ASTM, AISI, ASME, DIN, BS, EN, etc. According to
customers' different requirements.
(7). Main material are CK45, AISI 4140&4130, 5CrMnMo, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 20Cr2Ni4, 5CrNiMo,
15CrNiMo, 20CrNiMo, 35CrMo, 40CrNiMo, etc.
(8). Regularly, we accept processing on giving materials.
(9). We generally produce forging blank with rough machining range from 150kg to 20t.
(10). According to practical situation and customers' clear requirements we can render excellent
heat treatment.
(11). As for the third party inspection, we will try out utmost to satisfy our customers' request.
