2)Material of diaphragm: Silastic(use to standard valve), EPDM rubber (use to valve with micro type connector) 
3)connection type: Welded, clamped, threaded end 
4)Size: DN6-DN25, 1/4"- 2" 
5)Preasure: 
Max. Working pressure above the valve seat (close valve): 1.0Mpa 
Max. Working pressure above the valve cover (open valve): Stainless steel material 1.0Mpa. 
6)Temperature: 
Max. Sterilization temperature, dry steam: 121-134degree. Steam must be use dry because the condensate water will damage the diaphragm. We suggested to customer, after 100times sampling or sterilization should be replace the diaphragm.
