This machine is suitable for pressure processing of plasticmaterials such as bending, crimping, sheet metal drawing. It canalso be used for straightening, pressure assembling, grinding wheelforming, cold extrusion of metal parts, pressure molding of plasticand metal power parts.
The machine has separate hydraulic motive power system andelectric system and is controlled by centralized pushbuttons. Threekinds of operation-adjusting, manual and semi-automatic operationscan be realized.
Working pressure, pressing speed, and travelling stroke of themachine, all are adjustable. Semi-automatic, cycling of three kindsof processing-operation with pushing-out, operation withoutpushing-out and drawing operation can be accomplished. Two formingactions-fixed pressure forming and fixed stroke forming can beselected.
The advanced integrated superposed valve and plate valve is usedin its hydraulic motive power system. A pedal switch is provided infront of the worktable for realizing semi-automatic working cycle.Construction of the machine is compact and performance isreliable.
