Technical Description

        HGK series welding rotator is used for automatic girth welding of metal cylinder. It is composed of power welding rotator and idler welding rotator, and the welding rotator space can be adjusted. It has the features of reliable quality, good performance, easy operation and wide application.

2. Equipment composition

        HGK series welding rotator is composed of power welding rotator, idler welding rotator and electronic control system.

        The welding rotator is adjusted by manual lead screw, to ensure wrap angle of welding rotator to cylinder is within 45°- 110°, positioning step is designed between welding rotator seat and base.

        Positioning baffle is installed on both sides of welding rotator seat.
