Process：

1．De-dusting: remove the sand and dust

2．Washing: the raw material are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleaned with water for at least one hour, hydrated for one hour. 

3．Airing & drying: dried in drying machine at temperature 120°C for 30 minutes, the purpose is to degrease, deodorize, disinfect and sterilize, this process listed to guarantee our products are anti-microbial,hypoallergenic and with high cleanliness.

4．Cooling: cooling for 60 minutes, this step also can de-dust.

5．Inspection: to promise our products are up to the standard.
