Technical Specifications
U-bent tubes are manufactured according to the technical specifications requested by customers:
- Outside diameter of the tube: 6 ÷ 90 mm.
- Maximum overall length: > 26 m.
- Bending radius (min.): 1,5 × tube diameter.
- Bending radius (max.): 1200 mm.
- Heat treatment (by Joule effect on bent area) in inner and outer inert atmosphere.
- Anti oxidation surface treatment (with protective oils).
- Trimming and deburring of the ends.
- Internal cleaning and caps insertion.
- Packing in custom racks.
