AF050/AF0522 Automatic Water Filling Valve

Function

AF050/AF0522 the automatic filling unit is a device consisting of pressure reducing valve, stainless steel filter, shut-off valve and a check valve.

AF0522 with patent vertical visual design in the world, can avoid the indicator dial moving to wrong position. Pre-calibration with visual pressure setting indicator for the commissioning operation. It is widely used in wall-mounted boiler/compact boiler and central air conditioner, which can save the debugging and the maintenance costs of manufactures and installers.

Builtin check valve. The function is to maintain the pressure of the system stable at a set value, automatically filling up with water as required.

Preassembly with backflow preventer option. Prevents loss of system pressure or back flow.

Integral manual shutoff valve. Stop the water filling by screwing the plastic knob.

Structural feature

Visual Precalibration: AF0522 model is equipped with a pressure setting indicator for the commissioning operation. The system charge pressure can be input by means of the adjusting screw, before the start of the system charging phase.

Large diaphragmthe useful working surface of the diaphragm is particularly larger about 40% than the general, in order to guarantee greater precision and sensitivity when working with minimum pressure differences.

Installation:

1. Filling unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical position. It is, however, vital that the unit is not installed upside down. Direction arrow is inlet.

2. AF0520 unit, need to watch outlet pressure meter, 0.2 bar pressure will be added by screwing the top nut one circle, in clockwise direction, conversely, the pressure reduced.

AF0522 unit, no need to install pressure meter, just adjust the pressure at a required value before filling.

3. Auto filling unit, the outlet pressure should higher 0.3bar than system static pressure, but setting value should less than the filling pressure or it can not filling water normally. It is normally installed at water backflow part. 

4. Automatically filling, until it reaches the required valve.

5. When the system is filled, the shut-off valve can be closed by hand.

6. The cartridge can be cleaned and replaced.
