Automatic rotary indexing satellite turntable sand blast machine consists of cabinet enclosure, a indexing turntable with eight or twelve rotary satellites, oscillating system, eight automatic suction blast guns, one automatic blow-off gun, reclaimer separator, dust-collector and control system, etc.

It's suitable for automatica precise repeatable blast processing surface of small size components with cones or cylinder shape with no part-on-part contact possible, application ranges from delicate deburring to shot peening for small to middle scale production.

Large working chamber allows more options for gun placement and more room for maintenance.

Turntable comes either for two-station or three-station indexing. Two-station indexing puts two parts in each of the blast, blow-off, and load positions, three-station indexing puts three parts in each of the blast, blow-off, and load positions.
