1. Components of Plastic Recycling Machine

2.about the Reactor

Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will 

have a direct impact on safety and service life. Therefore, we use automatic welding machine, X rays detection and heating 

treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.

3.Cooling System

Cooling system will decide the oil yield rate. we use cooling pool and cooling pipes. 

(1) 10 cooling pipes in the cooling pool. Each one is 10 meters. So the cooling length is 60 meters. 

(2) Each diameter of each pipe is 219mm. So the total cooling area is about 41 square meters, which will guarantee 

you a high oil yield rate.

(3) Special cooling system. Our cooling system is cooling pool with cooling pipes. The cooling pipes are circular, so the 

cooling length is about 60 meters. If it is condenser which needs electricity, out of electricity suddenly, there are a lot of oil 

gas in the condenser, it will be dangerous. Most important is that if it is out of electricity, our cooling system can also work.

4.Deduster System

We have two deduster systems. One is desulfurization deduster to remove the sulphur; the other is water film cyclone to remove dust and smoke.
