Automobile engine connecting-rod products

   There are 17 types of automobile engine connecting-rod products,such as 462Q, 474Q,372Q, 479Q, 4G18, 481H and these rods and etc.

   We have the Chongqing municipal level technical center,can meet all techincal requirements of customers.We mainly use pro/e for the developent of die forgings to conduct electrode 3D modeling,apply varied simulation software to set parameters,to simulate the plastic forming process of forged pieces on the computer and to analyze the flow rules of metal,the forming of forged pieces and the distribution of mechanical fields of the moulds tec.The Master Gam software is used for CNC processing.
