• DutchBuckets are designed to be fed by drip emitters and plumbed todrain using a common 1.5" PVC pipe, purchased locally.
• SiphonElbows regulate safety reservoir of nutrient solution at bottom ofbucket to 1" deep. This feature prevents growing medium from dryingout and causing water stress between irrigation cycles. Siphon pipealso prevents over accumulation of nutrient solution. Two siphonelbows are recommended per each bucket.
• Youcan use just about any type of growing media, including expandedclay pellets, perlite, and coconut coir.
