BMB 280 graphite dispe rsion embedded alloy bearing is a new product developed by our company, it is the improved type of JF-800 bearing. It breaches the restriction that JF-800 bearing working must be with oiI lubricating. It can work under oiIless condition perpetually.
It’s base plate is steel or copper, bronze alIoy layer was sintered on its surface, The solid Iubricant is dispersed in the alloy layer. When the shaft turns in the bearing, the solid Iub ricant in the alIoy layer forms a frictionlightening layer, so the oilless purpose is reached. It is suitable for the cases of heavy load, high speed and that of oiI Iubricant can not be added fo r long time.
According to the multipie application fields, our company developed BMB-280 bearings with three types of different base plates, for selecting by customers.
