Hydraulic Power Pack: 

It is an independent hydraulic device. It feeds fuel and controls the direction, pressure, rate of oil flow according to the requirements of drive device (the host). It applies to various hydraulic machinery if the host can separates from the hydraulic equipment. Customers after purchase will only need to connect the hydraulic station and actuating equipments (tanks and oil motors) on host with pipes. Then hydraulic machinery can realize various regulations of action and cycle work.

Structure of Hydraulic Power Pack: 

Hydraulic pump station is composed by pump device, integrated block or valve combination, tank, and electrical box.

Functions of each component :

Pump device——there are motor and oil pump on it. It is the power resource of hydraulic station and will convert the mechanical energy into hydraulic fluid power energy.
Integrated block——it is composed by hydraulic valve and channel, which can adjust the direction, pressure and rate of hydraulic fluid.
Valve combination——is the plate valve installed in the riser which is tube connections behind board with the same function of integrated block.

Tank——it is a semi-closed container welded by steel plate and equipped with oil-filter screen, air filter, etc. to be used for oil storing, cooling and filtering.

Electrical box——it is divided into two forms. One is set with the external lead terminal board; another one is equipped with a full set of control appliances.

Working Principle of Hydraulic Power Pack:

a)Motor drives pump rotating, pumping oil and converting the mechanical energy into hydraulic fluid pressure energy.

b)Hydraulic oil goes through integrated block (or valve combination).

c)After the direction, pressure and rate of the hydraulic oil is adjusted by hydraulic valves, it is transported to cylinder or motor of the hydraulic machinery by external pipeline. Thus the pump station successfully controls oil transmission direction, strength and speed of hydraulic machinery and promotes a variety of hydraulic machines to work.
