Rubber Expansion Joint has five types: single sphere rubber expansion joint, double sphere rubber expansion joint, threaded rubber expansion joint, reduced rubber expansion joint and rubber bending joint.
Generally speaking, there are two kinds of connections: flange and threaded. The work pressure has four classes: 0.60MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa.The Nominal diameter ranges from 40mm to 2000mm. It can made horizontal, axial and angular displacement when being installed. It can’t be restricted by the obstruction of pipe and the non-paralled flange.
Due to its good integral function, rubber expansion joint is widely used in water supply and drainage, chemical industry, construction, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, health, water heating, fireproof, ship, water pump, power and compressor, etc. It can reduce noise passed through structure when it works and have strong shock absorption. In pipe system it is the ideal for compensating expansion and contraction.
