Technical Features:

Pinbang color epoxy grout is one kind of double-component epoxy resin product, contains silica sand and special additives. Excellent acid resistance and clean power. It has the following characteristics:

Using Suggestion:

1, Thin thickness. Pinbang color epoxy grout can also caulk the seams less than 3mm of glass mosaic.

2, When caulking the brick corners which are too wet or polluted by dirt and grease, Pinbang color epoxy grout does not guarantee to paste intactly.

3, Unglazed quarry brick should be used the same color with grout, other kinds of color only can be used for enamel brick.

4, Pinbang color epoxy grout cannot be used on ceramic tile, for it hard to clean.

5, Caulking the vitrified bricks that have a large color difference with grout, must carry on a preliminary test before operation (such as caulking the white brick with a black color).

6, Before caulking the stone or smooth vitrified brick, carries on a preliminary test first.

7, Do not add water or solvent in order to increase the liquidity of the grout.

8, Should be used in 12 ~30 temperature range .

9, Mix the product in right mixing ratio in strict accordance with the requirements.Incorrect mixing ratio may affect the hardening of the product.

1,Joint preparation:

1)The gap must be clean, no dust, the depth of the seam should be at least two-thirds of the thickness of the ceramic tile. Do the clearance before the mortar dried.
