Overview:
Blue filter is widely used in oil or other liquid to filter the sundries in the pipeline. Its filter hole area is 2 to 3 times greater than tube area.
Blue filter is mainly composed of takeover, barrel, blue filter .flange, flange cover ,and fasteners, ect. Installed on the pipeline to remove large solid impurity in the fluid pipeline equipment, instrument can work normally and operation, to achieve stable process, the role of guaranteeing production safety .
Product performance:
Other debris come into the pipeline when the pipeline installed . And there is impurities in production of raw materials. Pipeline in the liquid through its collection of dirt from the filter to filter mesh.
Blue filter has many advantages , such as , big filter area, high filtration precision, small pressure loss, easy to operate, save time and effort, long service life , energy-saving and so on .

Selection principle :
1. Outlet and inlet size:
In principle, the import and export of blue filter size should not be less than the import of matching pump size, generally consistent with imported pipe diameter
2. Nominal pressure :
According to the possible highest filter line pressure to determine the filter pressure rating.
3. Choice of hole mesh:
Main consideration to intercept the impurities particle size, on the basis of medium process technological requirements
