Our factory is experienced in manufacturing turning parts,machining parts, CNC machining parts such as special screws & nuts, standoffs(spacers), F connectors, rivets, shafts, pins, brass insert (insert nut) connector pins, and so on.
In order to satisfy our customers requirement for the products quality, our company own many kinds of machining equipments & inspecting facilities as follows;
Machining equipments: more than 30 CNC machines, over 60 precise automatic lathes as well as many kinds of processing machines, total more than 200 machines.
Inspecting facilities: Round Tester (advanced than 3D meaurement instrument), Projector, 2D mensurement instrument, Laser Detector, Salt Spray Tester, Pull Tester, Bend Tester, Altimeter as well as the meters for concentricity, surface roughness, hardness and so on.
As for the quality, pls note we have passed ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 so that our quality is the best.
Furthermore pls note our general leadtime for the quotation & mass production are 1-2 days &10-15 days.
