1. Our CNC machining products covers various materials ranging from aluminiums, steel, stainless steels, brass, copper, POM etc. according to customer drawings and specifications.

2. CNC machining products could be made from drawing pipes, bar stock, forging parts, casting parts, extrusion parts etc.

3. Main machining process: turning, milling, grinding, drilling, reaming etc.

4. Micro machining is availabe for our machining products, such as polishing, precise grinding,etc.

5. The products surface treatment could be made according to customer's drawing requirement, such as anodizing, zinc plating, chorme plating, nickel plating, passivating,powder coating, painting and so on.

6. Tolerance for profile dimension +/-0.02mm, hole diameter tolerance +/-0.005mm.

7. Material chemical compsition report, Mechanical Property report and dimenal report are availabe for each shipment.

8. PPAP Leverl III documents could be submitted if cutomer required.

9. Products can be customized to meet customer OEM/ODM requirements. There is NO MOQ for each order. The leadtime for sample is no more than 10days. The leadtime for mass production is around 30days depending on the order quantity. Each shipment will be 100% inspected by QC before shipping out.

10. All of our products will be protectively packaged especially for the external thread. If customer requires, we could offer VIC bag package to prevent products from rusting without using any oil.
