Introduction
TH-type,HL-type Bucket Elevator are characterized by large conveyingvolume, high lifting height, stable driving, easy operation andmaintenance and long service life etc. It''s suitable to conveypowder, grain and small lump material, such as coal, cement, block,sand, clay and ore. TH type and HL Type transport goods through thechains’ movement. It is allowed to convey materials with hightemperature when armed with special circle chainstructure.
Workingprinciple
The bucketelevator is composed of three parts of box. They are upper box ,mid box and lower box. The chain maintains a certain speed ofmovement through the work of the motor and reducer to transportgoods to a certain height evenly.
It is oneof the most economical means for granular or pulverulent productshandling. Buckets are fixed on chain vertically to transfermaterial.
Applied field
The chainconveyor can be used to transfer bulk materials or materialsin pieces according to different requirements. It is widely used inmining , metallurgy , coal , food industry , chemical industrypharmaceutical industry ceramic abrasive metallurgical industry andother industries. It is very popular in the wheat, rice, oil seedsor other grain silo storage transferring system thanks to its highcapacity.
