The buffer tank is widely used in dairy products,drink,biology,pharmacy,fine chemical industry,etc.On the tank body install clamp cover or attemperator(heating,cooling,keep temperature).All the parts contacting with the material are made by the SUS304 or SUS316L material.
Froth the polyurethane or pearl cotton brings on insulation.The surface is underwent the processing of mirror polish or matt polish ,in compliance with GMP standard.
The tank body and sealing(conical) undergoes spinning.inside of the pot is mirror finish,there is not dead corner ,with full seal design insure materail mixer,zymolysis under no contaminative all the time, CIP cleaning mouth,axenic air-breath mouth,inlet can be equipped for request.
