Cartridge Heaters manufactured by Detai are suitable for many diverse applications. Hi-Density Cartridge Heaters feature a swaged construction suitable for temperatures up to 1400F (760C). Low density Cartridge Heaters are an economical alternative that can be used in applications requiring lower operating temperatures and watt densities.
The Detai Hi-Density Cartridge Heater for plastic injection runnerless molding has a flat copper end disc to maximize heat transfer to the gate area of probes and bushings.
