BZZ Series hydraulic steering units

1. Totally interchangeable with Danfoss, Eaton and M+S original.

2. Consists of a rotary and rotary meter

3. Via a steering column the steering unit is connected to the steering wheel of vehicle

4. When the steering wheel is turned, oil is directed from the steering system pump via the rotary valve and rotary meter to the cylinder ports L or R (depend on the direction of turn)

5. The rotary meter the oil flow to the steering cylinder in proportion to the angular rotation of the steering wheel

6. The is used in steering low speed and heavy duty vehicles, such as engineering machinery,forklift,tractor,combine harvester and hydraulic rudder of ships etc.

7. Low cost and high reliability

8. No load reaction on the steering wheel comfortable

9. Manual operation available when the pump doesn’t work
