Cacioricotta Lucano is produced from pure goats’ milk in theinland areas of Basilicata. The cheese is made using traditionaltechniques. It has a striped rind, a dull white, compact interior,without holes and is slightly grainy. The flavour is slightlyacidic and somewhat spicy.
