-2825C HL410 is the semi-automatic tyre changer with advancedconfigure. Swing horizontal arm, equipped with assistant inflatingdevice and helper HL410, make the operation time saving, safe andeasy. It is specially suitable for wide, low-profile, stiff andtubeless tyres. The quality is reliable, suitable for large tyrerepair shop.

1. Hexangular shaft used S41 mm steel, not easy to distort, ensurethe operation of low-profile and stiff tyre more safety.

2. The turntable, use δ 15mm steel, the surface of the turntable ischromeplated, wearable and antisepticised.

3. The mounting head, used alloy material, ensure theintensity.

4. This machine equipped with the protection cover for the mountinghead, clamps, lever and bead breaker shoe, to avoid the damage forthe aluminum alloy rim.

5. The inflating system adopt gauge box, equipped with rubberinflating hose, ensure long working time and safety operation.

6. This machine with C configure, C means tubeless tyre inflatingdevice, make the edge of the tubeless tyre connect tightly with therim, avoid the leakage when inflating.

7. This model can upgrade, the middle-grade helper HL360 withrail-style slideway is optional according to customers demand, theroller on this helper is fixed, this helper make the operationeasy.

8. Full-automatic tyre changer with push-pull horizontal arm andtilt back vertical arm, pneumatic locking, instead ofsemi-automatic and manual locking method, improve the workingefficiency.
