Carbon Manganese Alloy

Alloy ball is a new type of  composite alloy carburant my company has developed.It's used for general carbon steel,medium carbon steel and high carbon steel composed of carbon and manganese alloy,and It can be widely applied to the converter,electric furnace for carbon increasing and manganese alloying process,especially adapted to the fine-tuning of the ladle refining furnace components.

    Compared with traditional recarburizer,our product has a greater proportion,which can bedirectly into the molten steel.Recarburization and manganese alloying operate easily,withhigh yield and stability.Carbon yield can reach more than 85% and the rate of manganese can reach more than 90%.Smoke and dust pollution when using is small,which is friendly to environment.Some unsafe factors is avoided ,for example,ordinary recarburizer reacts with high oxidation slag causes the slag ladle overflow.
