Characteristic
1. Bottles aretransported with neck clipped in the filling monoblock, whichfeatures1Bottles with same and nearly same diameter can be changedeasily with no need to adjust equipments. Even when bottles changea bit in diameter, you only need quite short time to changestarwheels of bottle-block parts. This improvement helps thecustomer to ease operation and save time.2Be able to avoid secondpollution from rubber clamp.
2. Bottle infeed bycombination of infeed screw and infeed starwheel. Equipped withbottle jam protection device.
3. The high efficiencyatomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable ofcleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsingwater.
4. Adopt ring cylinderand equip CIP(SIP) cycling channel; high accurate and speedlevel favles are reasonably structured with accuratefilling.
5. Use ZALKIN cappingtechnology and magnetic contortion variation device to ensurestable and reliable capping quality which is suitable to high speedproduction line.
6. The height of bottleoutfeeding conveyor does not need to be adjusted when changingbottle shape.
