Cast iron from sand casting or continuous casting

  Finecaster Casting Co.,Ltd is a new enterprise reformed from state-owned Zhenjiang Automotive Casting Factory, which founded in 1966,belonged to the Southern Group(now the SAIC) to supply the profassional cast iron auto parts. Stuff of 500 people, annual production more than 15 thousand tons, with ISO90000:20000 certification,, products exported to France ,Germany,Italy,USA and otr countries, won national award of quality controlling from the goverment every year.

   With 40years experience and advanced technology.We built a horizontal continuous casting production line on 2009 and officially operated in the end of 2010 now we have annual production capability of continuous cast iron round bars & billets up to 10000 tons and mechanical processing capability of 7000 tons.

   We have 8 R&D stuff working on products development and QC research.Apply with ERP system to managing all department. More than 40 manchining equipments,more than 10 type of testing equipments (includ SPECTROMAXX). Factory area up to 10000 square meter.Two more plant are building up.

  Now our products are used wildly in blow area:

1. Hydraulic pressure and pneumatic parts field: valve,fairlead,gear wheel and piston;
2. Machine tol parts:  sea saw,guiding rail,worktable and transmission gear;
3. metallurgy machine parts: the transporting roller for the high-speed wire rolling mill;
4. Refrigerator compressor parts:piston ring and sliding blade:
5. Mould fields:glass mould,plastic mould,grinding wheel mould and die-casting mould,etc
6. Car components:gear, gear box etc
7. Weave and printing machine parts: roller,axis,gear and flange;
8. Train makeing fields:dowel ringer of veering framework for express train.
