This concrete mixer is popularly known as one bag mixer because itconsumes one bag of cement of 50 kg. per batch to make the concretemix of 7 cu.ft. i.e. 0.2 cu.mt. One batch of 7 cu.ft. is prepatedin 3 minutes time. So about 20 batches per hour. So total outputper hour is about 140 cu.ft. i.e. 4 cu.mt. of concrete mix
Mixing Drum is of high grade cast iron with integrally castbevel gear. Mild steel cone is bolted on the drum and entire mixingdrum is swiveled in to feeding and discharge positions by means ofbig hand wheel.
Loader Bucket has liberal volumetric capacity totake sufficient concrete mix. It is fitted with a double hingedcradle giving a very steep discharge angle to the loader bucket. Itis hoisted through steel wire ropes by means of a friction clutchand it automatically discharges the material in to mixing drum.Hoisting and lowering of the loader bucket is controlled by one andthe same level.
6.5 H.P. Air Cooled Diesel Engine gives motive power to theconcrete mixer and power transmission is by roller chains andsprockets. The engine is housed in to 16 G sheet metal cabinresting on the chassis.
Half Bag Cement Concrete Mixer
Chassis is fabricated from 125 x 60 mm. heavychannels to make it robust. all shafts are provided heavy i.e. topshaft is of 50 mm., crown pinion shaft of 38 mm. and cradle shaftis of 30 mm.
Four Wheels & Axles provided under the chasis make thetransportation of the entire concrete mixer very easy. It can betowed by draw bar fitted on the chasis by means of tractor or anyvehicle. Two jacks are provided to lock the front axle while is inoperation.
All Controls are grouped on one side of themachine for easy operation.
